ABOUT Y.i.RE
Youth in Real Estate (Y.i.RE) is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization providing real estate and investment based education programs focused on educating underserved youth and communities, through mentoring in financial literacy and business development, within real estate. Y.i.RE (pronounced; wire), students gain real exposure to real estate and investment strategies, while gaining experience in real estate through research, analyzing, budgeting, marketing and investing in real property, within their own and surrounding communities.
Y.i.RE APPROACH
Attraction: Y.i.RE recruitment of students are located in communities underserved of resources to provide education and training to learn the benefits of home ownership and real estate strategies to capitalize on the economic impact that it can have for a family and community.
Mentoring: Real Estate professionals will help in lectures, workshops, field training, coaching, presentations and sales support. Y.i.RE students will be guided towards success for education and business entrepreneurism.
Support: Y.i.RE students can graduate to be part of an elite group of Jr. Investors, by participating in class instruction, showing entrepreneurism and being committed. Real Estate professionals will support students 1 on 1, in a group setting and with field training from marketing, prospecting and completion of sales transactions.

Nyas Cooks, Executive Director
Nyas created Youth in Real Estate – Y.i.RE, to serve as a mentor to at risk youth and communities underserved. His passion for educating youth and empowering communities, stem for his passion of helping others from previous employment of being a Personal Trainer, High School Student Athlete Recruiting Coordinator and Executive Director of Performing Arts United – PAU, which changed its name and mission statement, to Youth in Real Estate – Y.i.RE.
